A lot of people seem really worried about the kitten, I'm not saying that I'm not worried either, but even though I'm not an expert on the subject, I have owned many cats and that looks like a very relaxed and comfortable cat to me. If it wasn't, believe me, that little monkey would KNOW! It is not hard to see that an animal is upset…especially if your body is covered in scratches and bites…obvious hint right there!

Day 47: I have earned the monkeys' trust; I seem to have successfully infiltrated the tribe. A smaller monkey seems to have doubts as to the nature of my presence; I shall keep an eye on him.
The monkey probably adopted the kitten. That happens sometimes if the mother is away from its kitten for a while it forgets about it.

I watched a documentary a few months ago about monkeys that catch the puppies of wild dogs and train them as their pets, but I hadn't heard of them catching cats and doing the same. Very interesting, and cute <3
