Cats here in Japan are almost always kept inside. As I totally believe all cats should be allowed outside, at the end of the day, since this (and other stray cats around here) have people who give them food, they have a better life than other cats who have a home (except mine cause he goes out ah ah and he is the happiest cat in Japan!). 🙂

He looks a bit like a bobtailed Panther, doesn't he?
A black bobtail. He's a bit scruffy looking, but none the worse for wear and he does seem to be rather friendly as well.
