So clever! You can really see the gears turning in that noggin as he looks at the problem he's faced with, "I'm whacking it but it's not making the wonderful noises yet!". I used to love that about the cat we had, we'd put her toy in some convoluted spot for her to reach, and you'd see her back up, survey the area, plot out a course, and execute her attack.
