Are these breeds rare?
I currently have 4 bobtails, all rescue and two are pregnant. I just love them. They can be very mischievous but also very affectionate

My cat is one. Had no idea when I got her. She was at the shelter, and the workers said she was the sweetest cat there, but nobody would adopt her because she’s solid black and has no tail (well, a little bitty one of course), and people are superstitious of black cats and thought she was “missing” her tail and overall a freak.
Best cat in the world! I love how their hind legs and rump are higher than the front, that mixed with the bobtail and the head shape makes them very distinctive and interesting, in my opinion
